Drew's Mobile Detailing LLC Terms & Conditions

1. Estimates & Pricing

All prices advertised on our website, social media, invoices, or marketing materials are starting prices.
Final pricing is based on the vehicle's size, condition, level of contamination, and the amount of labor required.
Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning, restoration, or specialized treatment may incur additional charges.
Additional work will never be performed without customer approval.
Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
Returned payments or chargebacks made without cause may result in collection efforts and any applicable fees permitted by New Jersey law.
The Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney's fees incurred in collecting unpaid balances where permitted by law.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our technician arrives and the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the appointment cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances, a mobile service/trip fee may apply.
Drew's Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to your appointment, the Customer agrees to:

Remove all personal belongings and valuables.
Remove firearms, controlled substances, and hazardous materials.
Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
Inform us of any aftermarket modifications, existing damage, repaint work, or mechanical issues before service begins.

Drew's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Condition & Excessive Contamination

Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring excessive labor, including but not limited to:

Pet hair
Sand
Heavy staining
Mold
Mildew
Bodily fluids
Vomit
Smoke contamination
Excessive trash
Tree sap
Road tar
Paint overspray
Heavy oxidation

Vehicles presenting health or safety hazards may be declined at our discretion.

6. Paint Correction & Surface Restoration

Paint correction significantly improves gloss, clarity, and overall appearance but cannot guarantee the complete removal of every paint defect.

Some defects may be permanent or unsafe to remove, including:

Deep scratches
Rock chips
Paint chips
Clear coat failure
Severe oxidation
Etching
Previous body repairs
Thin or failing paint
Factory paint defects

The safest correction method will always be chosen to preserve your vehicle's finish.

7. Paint Thickness Disclaimer

Paint correction removes a microscopic amount of clear coat to safely improve the appearance of your vehicle.

Before and during correction services, Drew's Mobile Detailing may evaluate paint condition using professional judgment and, when appropriate, paint thickness measurements.

If we determine that the paint is excessively thin, previously repainted, or otherwise at risk, we reserve the right to reduce, modify, or discontinue the correction process.

The Customer understands that:

Maximum defect removal is not always safe or possible.\n
Preserving the integrity of the paint takes priority over achieving a flawless finish.
Some scratches, sanding marks, water spot etching, rock chips, and defects may remain.
Drew's Mobile Detailing will never intentionally remove more clear coat than is considered safe by professional industry standards.

8. Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coatings provide long-term protection but require proper maintenance.

The longevity of any coating depends on:

Proper hand washing techniques
Regular maintenance
Environmental exposure
Storage conditions
Routine care

Warranty coverage (if applicable) does not cover damage resulting from:

Automatic brush car washes
Improper maintenance
Chemical contamination
Neglect
Accidents
Environmental fallout

9. Existing Damage

Drew's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches

Drew's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for failure or damage to deteriorated components, including:

11. Interior Detailing

Although professional products and equipment are used, certain conditions cannot always be completely removed, including:

Results vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

12. Engine Bay Cleaning

Engine bay detailing is performed using safe professional methods.

Due to the condition and age of certain vehicles, Drew's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing electrical, sensor, wiring, or mechanical issues that may become apparent during or after cleaning.

13. Child Safety Seats

For liability reasons, Drew's Mobile Detailing does not remove or reinstall child safety seats or booster seats.

Customers wishing to have those areas cleaned must remove the seats before their appointment.

14. Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing company, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Rain
Snow
Lightning
High winds
Freezing temperatures
Excessive heat
Unsafe working conditions

Safety and quality always take priority.

15. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We reserve the right to inspect the concern and determine an appropriate resolution before any refunds, discounts, or corrective work are considered.

16. Photos & Marketing

Drew's Mobile Detailing may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for:

Documentation
Quality control
Training
Marketing
Social media
Website content

License plates and identifying information may be blurred.

Customers who do not wish to have their vehicle photographed must notify us before service begins.

17. Maintenance Disclaimer

Professional detailing is not permanent.

Vehicle appearance depends on:

Proper washing techniques
Environmental exposure
Storage conditions
Maintenance frequency

Automatic brush car washes, harsh chemicals, improper washing techniques, and neglect will significantly reduce the lifespan of waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, and paint correction results.

For maximum longevity, we recommend proper hand washing and routine maintenance detailing.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Drew's Mobile Detailing's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Drew's Mobile Detailing be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, diminished value, lost profits, or other economic losses.

19. Force Majeure

Drew's Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Power outages
